Pocket Bunny Friends

Hey Guys,

Just updated the shop with some new, ready to ship amigurumi! Let me introduce the Pocket Bunny Friends!

Pastel Pocket Bunny Friend

Purple Vari Pocket Bunny Friend

I wanted to make a little amigurumi that you could carry round in your pocket. I originally started out making a scrap monster, but they soon turned into little bunnies :)

Each Pocket Bunny Friend is approx. 3.5'' tall and made of soft DK yarn, in a variety of variegated patterns. No two bunnies are the same as the variegated yarn makes a different pattern each time :)

They are available in my Etsy shop now for £5.50 each.

I hope you like them!

Chica and a Knobbly Jellyfish

Hey! Thought I'd update with some bits I've been making lately on the amigurumi front :)

Has anyone played Five Nights At Freddy's? If you have, you should have a pretty good idea who this little guy is. But if not, Five Nights At Freddy's is a very popular game that's exploded onto the gaming scene over the past few months. It's basically about you playing as a security guard at a kids pizza chain restaurant, and things go, well, a little bit wrong with the animatronic characters after hours.

Although I haven't actually played the game myself, I love watching others play it on YouTube, especially Markiplier - he's so funny and always seems so enthusiastic about what he is doing. You can check his channel and the game itself out here.

Anyways, I thought I'd make a little Chibi Chica the other night, and this was the result...

She's a lot less scary than the original lol! I think with a little tweaking I may type up the pattern and make it available in my Etsy Shop, we will see :)

Also I have been working on a revamp of Jacob The Jellyfish; here he is half finished...

As you can see, I've added some puff stitches to the head/body piece, to make a knobbly effect; and also some gathered rows of lace trim for extra fluffiness. For the tentacles I will be adding some clear pony beads, so it looks like bubbles.

I'm always looking for new ways to update old patterns of mine - so instead of rewriting them completely I have been trying to add some other materials and elements to the design, to give people more of a challenge/something other to do apart from crochet the entire piece. I hope to have the pattern available by the end of the year, along with some other revamped favourites :)

That's all for now! Take care, and Happy Crocheting!
