Granny Squares and Updates
I made this mini cotton Granny Square cushion cover back in December, thought I'd share :) I enjoyed using cotton, for a change, though I don't know if I will be using it for amigurumi as it isn't stretchy :( It's perfect for Granny Squares though!
Also I am still working on the new amigurumi patterns. I am going to get them all completed, then list the whole lot at the same time rather than list one at a time. I will keep you updated - thank you for your patience!
Have a fun weekend!

I love it! So pretty! What is the name of the stitch you used for the outer round?
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm not sure what the stitch is called, but it's basically just Dc7 into 3rd St from hook, Sl St to 3rd St from hook :) It creates a kind of shell (it might actually be called the shell stitch lol)
DeleteLove the colours , very bright and cheerful, looking forward to seeing your new patterns , must admit my amigurami crochet has improved greatly since I tested the monster pattern for you,
ReplyDeleteThanks Joan! That's great to hear! I'm afraid I'm a bit rusty with amigurumi - though crochet in general has got better for me :)
