Granny Squares and Updates

I made this mini cotton Granny Square cushion cover  back in December, thought I'd share :) I enjoyed using cotton, for a change, though I don't know if I will be using it for amigurumi as it isn't stretchy :( It's perfect for Granny Squares though!

Also I am still working on the new amigurumi patterns. I am going to get them all completed, then list the whole lot at the same time rather than list one at a time. I will keep you updated - thank you for your patience!

Have a fun weekend!

  1. I love it! So pretty! What is the name of the stitch you used for the outer round?

    1. Thank you! I'm not sure what the stitch is called, but it's basically just Dc7 into 3rd St from hook, Sl St to 3rd St from hook :) It creates a kind of shell (it might actually be called the shell stitch lol)

    1. Thanks Joan! That's great to hear! I'm afraid I'm a bit rusty with amigurumi - though crochet in general has got better for me :)
