Currently Listening To: The telly downstairs.../ Drinking: Pepsi Max/ Considering: Crocheting a mutant cactus
I was woken up last Wednesday by my Mum, saying I had a package waiting downstairs. I got up and found it was my Blythe doll, Zoe, all the way from Hong Kong!
Isn't she lovely?! I was very wary about her to start with - I've heard horrible stories about fake Blythes, so checked her over. But all seemed well, Thank God! :)
Like all Blythe dolls, she has 4 different colour sets of eyes...
The blue ones are my fav :)
I of course wanted to crochet her something straight away, and after a few days of fails I managed to wing this Domo sweater, after being shown a great photo on Flickr...
Yay! She needs some tights, her legs look all cold!!
So that's Zoe. She is very excited about her sister Coral in America being opened soon! Roll on May 6th!
More from Zoe to come :D

oh gosh she is lovely! im not normally a fan of blythe but she really is nice, pretty hair. i love the jumper you've made her.
ReplyDeleteI have pullip dolls :D
Yay! :D I can't to open Coral and for them to meet! (I think I have some bitty cards that Coral will be mailing Zoe.)
ReplyDeleteI love the mosaic. Her lips look so luscious. :*
I cant stand dolls, but sarah, i might ask you to make clothes for my toys. XD *rolls*
ReplyDeleteSarah - Thanks! :D Pullips are great, I saw alot of them when I was looking for Zoe. The body sizes are quite similar I think :)
ReplyDeleteJill - Awwww, mini cards! They can be pen pals!! :D And I had fun with that mosaic, first time I've tried making one :p
Mika - Lol! I'm only just learning how to make little clothes - they're not that great yet! XD
Sure they are! Hey i haven't received any emails from you in a while, is everything okay? Or should i just assume you are at the art thing? XD
ReplyDeleteNope, I'm still here, just a bit busy with crafting for the fair (and trying to cope with the heat...) :) Email soon...
