No, I don't think I have! Most of the things, I think, have gone down well with family and friends, so I'm lucky really. I'd hate to make something and the person hated it, as I put alot of thought into what I make people for presents :)

Day 22: Have you ever stricken someone off your to-crochet-for list because they didn’t appreciate/take care of your last crochet gift to them?
No, I don't think I have! Most of the things, I think, have gone down well with family and friends, so I'm lucky really. I'd hate to make something and the person hated it, as I put alot of thought into what I make people for presents :)

ReplyDeleteshe opened it on Christmas morning, squeezed it and said, 'yes, that's quite soft and comfortable' and put it on a chair under the dining room table so it's purely practical! AAAARGH - she obviously doesn't realise that crochet time for me is SOOOO precious - what with LIFE getting in the way... grrrr
