July Giveaway - Win Len!

You may remember back in January on this blog I had a giveaway? Well it was so much fun I thought I'd have another one this month!

This time round you can win...
Len, The Super-Happy Super-Monstie!


There will also be 2 runners up prizes of a free crochet pattern from my Etsy Shop!

Len is made of acrylic DK yarn, with a felt mouth and safety eyes. He stands at approx. 6'' tall and has 3 horns on his head/back. He even has a heart button sewn on his bum!


Len is a very happy Super Monstie; his favourite things are lively rock music, lemon sorbet, watching Wimbledon and relaxing in the garden on sunny days...



Len will be greatly missed from my ami collection - he's like an agony uncle to all the other ami's and often helps me name them too when they're being made.

But, alas, Len is getting bored of his surroundings and said he'd like to fly the nest. So I said I'd find him a nice new owner on my blog!



If you would like to be that 'nice new owner', all you have to do is answer one question:

'What would you like to see in my Etsy shop?!'

I've recently started putting some of my amigurumi up in my Etsy Shop with my patterns, but I don't really know what people want. So here's your chance to tell me exactly what YOU want to see! It can be anything amigurumi - whether you've seen me make it before or not - I'm up for a challenge!

Simply comment below, or email me at esshaych@hotmail.co.uk , and list the top 3 things you'd like to see up for sale in my shop. Please also leave a contact email/website where I can find you and tell you if you win.

The giveaway will finish on Friday 16th July at 12am GMT. I will pick one winner at random and that person will win Len, and 2 runners up will win a free crochet pattern from my Etsy shop.

    Hmm...I love your monster collections, and I'd love to see more!
    1. Fuzzy monsters? (Done with the fuzzy or different textured yarn)
    2. Monsters with different body types...maybe multiple sets of legs/arms.
    3. Monster thymed baby toys (Like raddles or pacifier covers)

    I would love to see more of your monsties for sale too. What about aliens and with your imagination I bet you could bring some in-animate objects like cars and buses, shoes and boots to amazing life!

    Well I quite love all of your amigurimi!

    Something I would like to see would be:
    1. Well I do love food amis! Especially fruit like apples, cherries, etc.
    2. I think an iPod ami would be adorable!
    3. Whales would be cute too, I just have a thing for whales. =P

    Hi!
    I'd like to see:
    1-Mini and maxi monsties
    2-Little amigurumi that can be used as keychains
    3-Any animal that's not often used for amigurumi, like red panda, raccoon, platypus, seal, rhino.

    LOL. Career monsties are so funny! Can I add pirate to that list?

    Not sure if it's too late to enter. I've already got a monstie for now anyway :D

    My favourite things other than your monsties are Laura the weneshi and the egg hats. I think a whole range of hats - sombrero, pirate, elf etc. Cause they are just so cute! Have you seen Firefly? (aka best show ever) - you should make Jaynes hat! Mini ones!!

    And for Laura - maybe you could make customised dolls to look like people. Give her brown hair and glasses and she's me! :P

    As far as the question: Maybe you can add other amis, like monster food, mama monsters with babies...I'd stay in your same genre so it won't get all chaotic and people will know what they have come for... Following!
