Southend With Gus

Today I visited Southend-On-Sea with my Mum and Gus - my Little Visitor for the summer.

Southend is only 20mins away by train, and it's a nice journey too. When we got there we did some shopping - which included this fab wool shop that my friend Kerry told me about a while ago. I bought 7 balls of yarn! Thanks Kerry! :D

We went to the sea front, looked at the pier and went into Adventure Island. After that we walked along to Chinnery's and into the arcades. I took lots of pics, here's one of Gus and I on the 5p machines...

    hehe yay! Glad you liked it! I went last Sunday and was sad to find out they don't open on Sundays :(

    I still dream of opening my own shop with space for classes :S Wish I had the start up capital...and the bravery.
