Day 10 - A Photo Of You Taken Over Ten Years Ago

Photobucket

Hahaha! This was taken in the late 80's, early 90's when I was about 5. I'm enjoying a packet of Bensons Spring Onion crisps at Southend seafront, or maybe Hemsby, I can't remember. Check out the glasses lmao!

Day 09 - A Photo You Took.

This is a picture I too last year as part of the Little Visitor Swap Round 10 on Craftster.org.

The Little Visitor staying with me for the summer was Walter, the rainbow dinoaur. I took him to many places, including on a day trip to London to see the sights. This is Walter infront of Big Ben.

I took lots of pictures of Walter through-out his stay, and kept a blog of his adventures. You can view it here.

Days 07 And 08

Day 07 - A Photo That Makes You Happy

I love getting pictures sent to me of ami's people make with my patterns. Whether someone has tested for me or bought the pattern, it always makes me happy to see them and know people enjoyed them.

Above is the first picture I ever recieved of an ami tested by the lovely Cristy99 on Ravlery. He's name is Gimpy!

Day 08 - A Photo That Makes You Angry/Sad

This picture makes me sad. It's the old Wembley Stadium being demolished back in about 2001. I loved that place - I'd been there many time to see matches and go on tours. I was going through a really rough patch at the time, and it was a place of refuge. So when they knocked it down I was really sad.

Random Photo No. 5

This is a fairy ornament in our back garden. My Mum loves fairies and has loads of these ornaments scattered around the garden in hidden places. I took my camera one day and went hunting for all of them! I think this was my favourite one.

Random Photo No. 2

This is a photo I took of my shadow on the beach at Lowestoft, Suffolk this year.

My Dad collects Chinese porcelain, and there's a place up in Norfolk that sells rare pieces, so one Sunday in May my Mum, Dad and I went on the long trip up there so he could check it out.

On the way back down to Essex we had to drive through the county of Suffolk, so we took a de-tour to Lowestoft, which is one of my fav seaside places. It's a typical seaside town on the east coast of England, complete with all the usual seaside-y stuff like a pier, beach and high street.

It was hot that day, so I said I wouldn't mind a paddle in the sea, so my Mum and I took our shoes off and stepped in. It was really cold, but as it was so warm that Sunday it was a welcome change! I thought it'd be interesting if I took a picture of my shadow in the water, and this is the resulting picture.
